Find a Parish
Content
Assistance is provided through parish-based groups called Conferences. Society Conferences are typically associated with Catholic Parishes where members serve within parish boundaries.
Find a Parish-based Conference. Wherever Conferences are located, calls for assistance will be relayed to a Society Vincentian volunteer who will respond.
Not every parish has a Conference; if we are not able to serve in your area, please contact 211 for assistance.

Donating Your Time
Vincentian volunteers visit Neighbours in Need in their homes, assisting with food and other challenges.
Conferences are the core of the Society’s outreach. Vincentians work side by side with other Vincentians, living their faith through service to their Neighbours in Need. The Vincentian vocation extends beyond occasional volunteering; the commitment to serve can be challenging, the rewards of putting your faith in action—immeasurable!
There is an application/orientation process for those wishing to be part of this impactful service. Contact the Central Council for an active Conference in your area.
Getting Help
Community Based Outreach for persons in need of assistance:
- Contact your local Catholic Church to determine if there is an active Vincentian Conference in your parish area.
- Vincentians will visit Neighbours in Need in their homes, and can often assist with food insecurity, clothing or other challenges.
- Not every Parish has a Conference, and Conferences typically serve only within their boundaries. If there is not an active Conference in your area, please contact 211 for a referral to another agency.
Housing and Other Services:
The Society offers a variety of supportive housing opportunities and summer camps for children.
