The Board of Directors establishes any necessary committees and provides their Terms of Reference.  On the recommendation of the chair, the Board shall, by resolution, appoint the chairperson of any committee.  The chair and members of all committees serve at the pleasure of the Board

Names of potential committee members are provided to the committee chair who contacts the candidate to review the requirements for the position and suitability. The chair then reviews potential members with the executive director and a decision is made.
